Couples Personal Training Sessions

Couples Sessions are an amazing way to become more active and get into great shape together! It also offers a discount over individual sessions.  This is an amazing way to share quality time with your partner and to meet needs that are both individual and mutual. Fitness Classes & Sport Teams

We recognize that all goals are different and that the path required to attain those goals will be particular to that individual. Each personal training session is very specific as it is tailored to every individual client and his or her particular needs. We ensure that every movement performed is safe for the client and is done in a controlled manner. We utilize appropriate amounts of force for each given activity to ensure safe, efficient and effective progression. 


We utilize proper muscle activation through unique tapping techniques that allow the client to properly gage his or her ATP energy levels and increase directional blood flow to allow for optimal performance and nutrient delivery.

All sessions are available to purchase one at a time or in banks of 10 or 20 sessions. Banks of sessions must be paid in advance after the first consultation. All banks are available for you to use when you want and expire if not used within one year from the date of purchase.
